Querencia

“Bringing Arabian opulence intertwined with western modernism while being able to adapt to a new world of fashion that I've only just been exposed to. The name of the project is Querencia. Querencia is a Spanish word for when you feel at home. The Middle East and The Western World have been inspiring each other for hundreds of years. As Dubai is 85% expats, all the foreigners living and working in Dubai have brought a little piece of themselves to the city, I want to combine Ancient Arabic fashion of being adorned in the finest gold, veils and Islamic clothing with my western upbringing and perception. Duality if you will”.
